Story: The Quality of Mercy

Mrs. Lost in Space June Lockhart guest stars as a doctor in the lower decks of the station performing without a license, which Franklin does not seem to agree with...which would be more understandable if he was not performing his own illegal practice for the poor on the station in the lower decks as well. He really just seems to not like the competition she is giving him (since she is having a much better success rate with her special healing machine).
Meanwhile there is a murderer being convicted to “death of personality” which I guess is the humane way of the death penalty...if you think that forced lobotomies are humane. This storyline is mostly there to give the Doctor plot some action/tension.
The story which is the most fun is the Lennier/Londo story. Just watch and find it entertaining. The only drawback is that June Lockhart and Bill Mumy don’t get a scene together (Lost in Space co-stars!) but I really don’t see how one could’ve worked.
