The President of Earth plans to visit Babylon 5, but first his security team arrives to make sure everything is hunky dory, unfortunately for Garibaldi the head of this security team is a woman who blames him for the death of her father. And when an explosion goes off and a dying man blames Garibaldi, he ends up on the run trying to prove his innocence, as this is exactly what the head of the Presidential Security Team wanted to hear. Garibaldi even begins to drink again after staying on the wagon for many years.
This was a solid episode that swiftly moved and had some nice action while keeping the focus primarily on the characterizations. The episode keeps its pace and doesn’t feel like the ending is forced when the woman realizes she may have been out for revenge (and I liked that they didn’t make her the one framing Garibaldi, as that would’ve been too easy and lazy).
