Sinclair is under investigation by a spiteful Admiral who feels a little cheated he got passed over to command Babylon 5 by the lower in rank and less experienced Sinclair, who was mostly chosen by the Minbari. It is a decent enough episode, keeps the characters growing, and kept me entertained for the most part.
I was particularly thrilled to see Jeffrey Combs, who I love from DS9 and the “Re-Animator” movies. Great actor, though underused in this particular episode. Man...someone should just put Combs in the lead of his own show dammit!
