Story: In the Kingdom of the Blind

Someone has been systematically attacking Alliance Ships. At first they seemed like Raiders hitting individual ships of different races, but now it is looking more likely to be a definite hit on the Alliance, and it does not seem to be isolated incidents or warring neighbors. So Sheridan is working to get permission to deal with the problem by sending in his forces.
Byron then claims to have info on the attacks, and asks Garibaldi to get him into a meeting with all the Ambassadors so he can share the info with all...so it will be better believed by all. Only Byron is being a total dick and goes into the meeting with no info on the attacks, but to demand his own world. He says that his people have been following everyone in the room and he has secrets on all of them...give him and the telepaths their own world, or their secrets will be revealed.
Meanwhile, Londo and G’Kar arrive on Centauri Prime and find things a little odd. The Regent is inexplicably hard to find, and has been having erratic behavior for a while now (which the audience would know is due to him having a keeper), and things aren’t looking good on the planet. There is also an attempt on Londo’s life, which fails but also leads to revelations about how weird things really are on this planet...there are two mysterious beings seen, one talking to the Regent, the other that somehow saved Londo’s life.
Byron’s people are soon attacked by Drazi, and the conflict has turned violent. Byron himself doesn’t wish violence, but his people want to take action. Sheridan gives permission to incarcerate all of the telepaths. On Centauri Prime, After finally getting a chance to talk with the Regent...Londo is quite uneasy and tells G’Kar they will leave the planet early. We then discover that the ships that have been attacking Alliance ships...were Centauri. Escalation is about to happen.
